Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Windows and Google Workspace, along with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and email configurations in Google Workspace.
  • Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Educate and assist clients with best practices for using Microsoft Windows and Google Workspace.
  • Participate in regular training and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and support.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, or Google Workspace Administrator.
  • Experience with other cloud services and IT management tools.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and basic network troubleshooting.

Job Description: NOTE: This is a flexible schedule part-time position.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product ordering and billing, along with strong administrative skills and a commitment to supporting our operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process product orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle billing and invoicing tasks, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for restocking as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, particularly in product ordering and billing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
